77 (1) For the purposes of the definition “family allowance recipient” in subsection 42(1) of the Act, family allowance recipient includes

As a general principle, the identity of the recipient(s) should not be disclosed to the donor or the donor's family or vice versa, without prejudice to legislation in force in Member States which, under specific conditions, might allow such information to be made available to donors or donors' families and organ recipients.

74) in Article 81, the first paragraph is replaced by the following:"A person entitled to a retirement pension or to an invalidity allowance, or to a survivor's pension shall be entitled, under the conditions laid down in Annex VII, to the family allowances specified in Article 67; the household allowance shall be calculated by reference to the pension or the allowance of the recipient.
