The minister's government is quickly filling up a library full of ineffective programs that have not helped in any way to solve this crisis, from the laughable program last summer that funnelled government money into packers pockets, which by the way the government could have saved a lot of administration costs if it had just asked the packers to pick their cheque up at the door, to the unworkable CAIS program that the minister admitted was not working.
Le gouvernement du parti du ministre accumule les programmes inefficaces qui n'ont rien fait pour aider à résoudre la crise, à partir du ridicule programme mis sur pied l'été dernier qui a canalisé l'argent dans les poches des conditionneurs et à ce sujet, le gouvernement aurait pu économiser beaucoup en frais d'administration en demandant tout simplement aux conditionneurs de prendre leur chèque à la sortie jusqu'à cet inapplicable programme de stabilisation du revenu agricole que le ministre a reconnu ne pas fonctionner.
