In this context, the Commission will focus on the possible impact of the proposed transfer on the lower reaches of the river Ebro and its delta, the impact of the transfer infrastructure (pipes, canals, tunnels, dams, etc.) and the environmental impact in the river basins scheduled to receive the transferred water.
Dans ce contexte, la Commission se concentrera sur l'éventuel impact du projet de transfert sur le cours inférieur de l'Èbre et sur son delta, sur l'impact des infrastructures permettant le transfert (canalisations, canaux, tunnels, digues, etc.) ainsi que sur l'impact écologique au niveau des bassins fluviaux destinés à réceptionner les eaux détournées.
