(c) the offences referred to in Article 2(a), consisting in "profiting from or otherwise exploiting a child for such purposes", and the offences referred to in Article 2(b), in both cases as far as they refer to pornographic performances, Article 2(c)(ii) and (iii), Article 3(1)(a), (b) and (c), where the victim is a child below the age of sexual consent under national law and at least one of the circumstances referred to under the second, third and fourth indent under point (b) of this paragraph may apply.
c) les infractions visées à l'article 2, point a), qui consistent à "tirer profit d'un enfant ou à l'exploiter de toute autre manière à de telles fins", et celles visées à l'article 2, point b), dans les deux cas lorsqu'elles ont trait aux spectacles pornographiques, l'article 2, point c) ii), l'article 2, point c), iii), l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point a), b), et c), lorsque la victime n'a pas atteint la majorité sexuelle conformément à la législation nationale et lorsqu'au moins une des circonstances visées aux deuxième, troisième et quatrième alinéas du point b) du présent paragraphe peut s'appliquer.
