It's as if the federal government, as Mr. Hyde, is going to apply this to first nations communities: “We are going to send the environmental storm troopers into your communities and pick up all of those people who threw a battery out their back door”, instead of “We're going to come to the community, work with you, talk about batteries, why they should be taken care of, and then we'll see what the issue is”.
C'est comme si le gouvernement fédéral, comme M. Hyde, allait appliquer cela aux Premières nations: «Nous allons envoyer les troupes environnementales de choc dans vos communautés et ramasser tous ceux qui ont jeté une batterie dans leur cour arrière» plutôt que: «Nous allons nous rendre dans la communauté, travailler avec vous, parler des batteries, pourquoi il faut en prendre soin, et ensuite nous verrons quel est le problème».
