In addition to discussions on the definition of uniform collection methods in the relevant Committee, the Commission might organise regular expert meetings with a view to discuss with the participating Member States the operation of the Directive once adopted, in particular ways of ensuring the proper payment of the tax and the verification of payment, as well as matters pertaining to the prevention of tax evasion, avoidance and abuse.
Outre les discussions sur la définition de méthodes de collecte uniformes dans le cadre du comité compétent, la Commission pourrait organiser régulièrement des réunions d'experts en vue d'examiner avec les États membres participants la mise en œuvre de la directive après son adoption, en particulier les moyens permettant de garantir le paiement approprié de la taxe et la vérification du paiement, ainsi que les questions relatives à la prévention de la fraude, de l’évasion et des abus.
