in respect of the participation of FGAZ in the cash-pool of Land Rhineland-Palatinate: the cash-equivalent of the advantageous loan conditions, to be determined pursuant to the Communication from the Commission on the revision of the method for setting the reference and discount rates of 12 December 2007, minus any advantage received on loans that were used to cover the costs of fire brigade services and the costs for which the airport operator is entitled to reimbursement pursuant to §8(3) Luftsicherheitsgesetz;
concernant la participation de FGAZ au pool de trésorerie du Land de Rhénanie-Palatinat: l'équivalent de trésorerie des conditions de prêt avantageuses, à déterminer conformément à la communication de la Commission relative à la révision de la méthode de calcul des taux de référence et d'actualisation du 12 décembre 2007, déduction faite de tout avantage reçu sur les prêts qui ont été utilisés pour couvrir les coûts des services d'incendie et les coûts pour lesquels le gestionnaire de l'aéroport a droit à un remboursement en vertu de l'article 8, paragraphe 3, de la Luftsicherheitsgesetz;
