Reiterates its unconditional support for the territorial integrity and inviolability of the internationally recognised borders of Georgia, and supports the continuous efforts made by the Georgian authorities to achieve a settlement of its internal conflicts in Abkhazia and South Ossetia; regrets, however, the continuing aggressive rhetoric employed by the parties in respect of the disputes and supports the appeal by the United Nations Secretary-General, Mr Ban Ki-moon, for a redoubling of efforts to avoid action that could lead to a renewal of hostilities in Abkhazia; encourages the parties to make full use of dialogue and negotiation formats in order to achieve a final settlement of the conflict in South Ossetia; calls upon the de facto authorities to provide secure conditions for the return of internally displaced persons (IDPs) and to respect the inalienability of property rights in the conflict zones in accordance with the above-mentioned UN Security Council 1781 (2007); underscores that finding satisfactory solutions to the fundamental human rights issues, such as the return of IDPs and their property and the proper investigation by all sides of war crimes and cases of missing persons, will play a key role in the achievement of any lasting settlement; calls on all parties to return to the negotiating table; welcomes the first high-level meeting between the Georgian and Abkhaz officials, which took place recently after a long pause;
32. confirme son soutien inconditionnel à l'intégrité territoriale et à l'inviolabilité des frontières de la Géorgie reconnues internationalement et épaule les efforts constants des autorités géorgiennes afin de parvenir à un règlement de ses conflits intérieurs en Abkhazie et en Ossétie du Sud; déplore toutefois que les parties continuent à traiter leurs différends en utilisant une rhétorique agressive au sujet des différends et soutient l'appel du Secrétaire général des Nations unies, M. Ban Ki-moon, à l'intensification des efforts pour éviter toute action qui pourrait entraîner la reprise des hostilités en Abkhazie; encourage les parties à recourir pleinement aux voies du dialogue et de la négociation afin de parvenir à un règlement définitif du conflit en Ossétie du Sud; invite les autorités de fait à établir des conditions de sécurité pour le retour des personnes déplacées à l'intérieur de leur propre pays (PDI) et à respecter l'inaliénabilité des droits de propriété dans les zones de conflit conformément à la résolution précitée 1781 (2007) du Conseil de sécurité des Nations unies; souligne que le fait de trouver des solutions satisfaisantes aux problèmes des droits de l'homme fondamentaux , tels que le retour des PDI et des biens leur appartenant et la réalisation par toutes les parties d'enquêtes en bonne et due forme sur les crimes de guerre et sur les personnes disparues, jouera un rôle essentiel dans la réalisation de tout règlement durable; invite toutes les parties à retourner à la table des négociations; se félicite de la première réunion de haut niveau qui s'est tenue récemment, après une longue interruption, entre les officiels géorgiens et abkhazes;
