63. Where a difference described in subsection 57(1) is submitted by the parties to an arbitrator or arbitration board, the costs, fees and expenses with respect to the arbitration proceedings shall, unless the collective agreement otherwise provides or the parties otherwise agree, be borne as follows:

Unless the Parties otherwise agree, they shall meet with the arbitration panel within seven days following the date of the establishment of the arbitration panel in order to determine such matters that the Parties or the arbitration panel deem appropriate, including the remuneration and expenses that shall be paid to the arbitrators, which normally shall conform to the WTO standards.
