As I understand it, the Commissioner works on the principle of commitment, and I would like to ask him whether he can confirm once more that as far as he is concerned – and this is also a dynamic between the Commission and Parliament – this commitment in principle means that whatever we do not want to do to ourselves or ask of ourselves – for example in the field of water or in education, health care or other sectors – we will not impose on others either.
