Clearly, there is less risk in the position of a T-ball coach out on a field where there are 20 other adults, lots of parents, and hordes of kids, than in the one-on-one kind of relationship that a Big Brother might have with a child, or even in the kind of intense relationship that can develop over time between a Scout leader and the children in his care.
