Whereas, pursuant to section 4.5Footnote of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Zoning Regulations respecting Brandon Airport, substantially in the form set out in the schedule hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette, Part I, on August 22nd and 29th, 1987, and in two successive issues of the Brandon Sun on October 7th and 8th, 1987, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto;
Vu que, conformément à l’article 4.5Note de bas de page de la Loi sur l’aéronautique, le projet de Règlement de zonage concernant l’aéroport de Brandon, conforme en substance à l’annexe ci-après, a été publié dans deux numéros successifs de la Gazette du Canada, Partie I, les 22 et 29 août 1987, ainsi que dans deux numéros successifs du Brandon Sun, les 7 et 8 octobre 1987, et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu la possibilité de présenter au ministre des Transports leurs observations à cet égard,
