The rapporteur recognises that India's standards regime is evolving and the Bureau of Indian Standards has come a long way but stresses that its functioning still needs to be improved by raising its standards in line with international standards and improving the transparency.
Le rapporteur reconnaît que le régime normatif de l'Inde évolue et que le Bureau indien de normalisation a fait de grands progrès, mais insiste toutefois sur le fait que son fonctionnement doit encore être amélioré par un alignement de ses normes sur les normes internationales et par une transparence accrue.

12. continue to support the European Bureau for Lesser-Used Languages (EBLUL), a network representing lesser-used language communities in all 15 EU Member States, and the three Mercator academic research centres, all as organisations of general European interest and networks for regional and minority languages, increase its financial support in order to create the conditions for expanding the Bureau’s spheres of competence, and make use of its resources;

(11) Where an international application is filed, on the basis of a Community trade mark application, in a language other than one of the languages allowed under the Madrid Protocol for the filing of international applications, the Office should make its best efforts to arrange for the translation of the list of goods or services into the language indicated by the applicant in order for the application to be forwarded to the International Bureau in time to maintain the date of priority.
(11) Dans le cas où une demande internationale est déposée sur la base d'une demande de marque communautaire dans une langue autre que l'une des langues autorisées par le protocole de Madrid pour le dépôt des demandes internationales, l'Office devrait faire tout ce qui est en son pouvoir pour assurer la traduction de la liste des produits et services dans la langue indiquée par le demandeur afin de transmettre la demande au Bureau international en temps utile pour maintenir la date de priorité.
