We have come to an agreement on many points, and I hope, too, that the few outstanding points can also be resolved by the end of the year so that, in 2007 – as has often been repeated by the European Council and Parliament, and as the Commission itself hopes – the Fundamental Rights Agency will at last become operational.
Nous sommes parvenus à un accord sur de nombreux points et j’espère que les quelques problèmes en suspens pourront être résolus avant la fin de l’année pour qu’en 2007 - comme l’ont souvent répété le Conseil européen et le Parlement et comme l’espère la Commission -, l’Agence des droits fondamentaux de l’Union européenne soit enfin opérationnelle.
