Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. Eggleton (ministre du Commerce international), propose, — Que, pour faciliter le déroulement des délibérations de la Chambre pendant la deuxième session de la trente-cinquième législature, la Chambre ordonne ce qui suit : Que, pendant les trente premiers jours de séance de la deuxième session de la trente-cinquième législature, chaque fois qu’un ministre de la Couronne déclare, au moment de proposer une motion portant première lecture d’un projet de loi, que ce projet de loi est dans le même état où était un projet de loi du gouvernement au moment de la prorogation de la première session, et chaque fois qu’un député, au moment de proposer une motion portant première lecture d’un projet de loi d’intérêt public, déclare que ce projet de loi est dans le même état que celui où se trouvait un projet de loi d’intérêt public qu’il a présenté pendant la première session, pourvu que le Président soit convaincu que ce projet de loi est dans le même état qu’à la prorogation, ce projet de loi est réputé avoir été débattu et adopté à toutes les étapes qu’il avait franchies au moment de la prorogation et est inscrit, au besoin, au Feuilleton ou, le cas échéant, renvoyé à un comité, à la même étape et au même point du processus législatif que ceux auxquels il était arrivé au moment de la prorogation; Pourvu que tous les témoignages recueillis par un comité, pendant la première session de la trente-cinquième législature, relativement à un projet de loi auquel le présent ordre s’applique soient réputés avoir été déposés sur le Bureau, et, au besoin, renvoyés à un comité approprié; Pourvu que, si le présent ordre s’applique à un projet de loi dont la Chambre des communes avait terminé l’étude et qui était devant le Sénat au moment de la prorogation, ce projet de loi soit réputé avoir été présenté, avoir franchi toutes les étapes et avoir été adopté par la Chambre des communes pendant la présente session; Que ...
