It should be specified that the provisions of this Regulation which could give rise to behaviour of a Member State possibly constitutive of State aid are, save as otherwise provided for in this Regulation, excluded from the application of the State aid rules given that the provisions concerned include appropriate conditions for the granting of support, or envisage the adoption of such conditions by the Commission, in order to prevent undue distortion of competition.
