Again, as Senator St. Germain said, predicting a judicial decision is folly, but I know that Agriculture Canada and the United States Department of Agriculture are confident that they have tested the facts in the Court of Appeals and that there are no facts that would justify any further order that would close the border to Canadian cattle 30 months and younger, or dressed boneless cuts which now have access to the United States market.
