Where, in accordance with Article 14(2)(a) of the Regulation, a person who is a member of the travelling or flying personnel of an international transport undertaking is subject to the legislation of the Member State in whose territory the registered office or place of business of the undertaking, or the
branch or permanent establishment employing him, is located, or where he resides a
nd is predominantly employed, the institution designated by the competent authority of that Member State shall issue to the person concerned a cert

«1 bis. Si, conformément aux dispositions de l'article 14, paragraphe 2, point a), du règlement, une personne qui fait partie du personnel roulant ou navigant d'une entreprise effectuant des transports internationaux est soumise à la législation de l'État membre sur le territoire duquel se trouve, selon le cas, soit le siège ou le domicile de l'entreprise, soit la succursale ou la représentation permanente qui l'occupe, soit le lieu où elle réside et est occupée de manière prépondérante, l'institution désignée par l'autorité compétente de l'État membre concerné lui remet un certificat attestant qu'elle est soumise à sa législation».
