Néanmoins, si la Turquie ne respecte pas ses obligations - comme dans le cas de Chypre, où elle avait promis de résoudre le problème et de reconnaître l’union douanière, mais ne l’a pas fait -, nous ne pouvons pas nous résigner, mais devons, au nom de notre propre crédibilité, envoyer un message clair concernant notre position.
