It certainly doesn't draw the clear line Dr. Bala and others have been talking about, and I'm just wondering if you can fathom the understanding of the government to basically make each case an exploration into a sexual relationship between a child and an adult.
Chose certaine, elle n'établit pas de limite claire comme M. Bala et d'autres l'ont réclamé, et je me demande si l'on peut même comprendre l'interprétation du gouvernement, qui propose d'examiner au cas par cas chaque relation sexuelle entre un enfant et un adulte. Cela me semble contre-productif.
