TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

The EIAH will support the development and financing of investment projects in the EU by offering a single point of contact for guidance and advice, providing a platform to exchange know-how, and coordinating existing technical assistance. Decision on the management and main elements of the European Investment Project Portal (EIPP). The EIPP will be a publicly available, secure web portal where EU based project promoters seeking external financing are given the opportunity to promote their projects to potential investors. 3. Financing agreements signed in relation to financing and investment operations covered by this Regulation shall include clauses allowing exclusion from EIB financing and investment operations and, if necessary, appropriate recovery measures in cases of fraud, corruption or other illegal activity in accordance with the EFSI Agreement, EIB policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
3. Les conventions de financement conclues pour les opérations de financement et d’investissement visées par le présent règlement comportent des clauses permettant d’exclure un bénéficiaire des opérations d’investissement et de financement de la BEI et prévoient, s’il y a lieu, des mesures de recouvrement appropriées en cas de fraude, de corruption ou d’autres activités illégales, conformément à l’accord EFSI, aux politiques de la BEI et aux exigences réglementaires applicables.

2. The EU guarantee shall be granted for EIB financing and investment operations approved by the Investment Committee referred to in Article 7(7) or for funding or guarantees to the EIF in order to conduct EIB financing and investment operations in accordance with Article 11(3).

The Commission would like to simplify the Community financing of investments using a product-based approach; - there will be provision for restoration of agricultural and forestry production damaged by natural disasters and for financing appropriate preventative measures in the remoter regions where cyclones and similar freak weather conditions occur frequently; - the financing of measures for forestry and the protection of the environment will continue where the accompanying measures make no provision for this; - the renovation and development of villages and the protection and conservation of the countryside will be included.
