82 (1) Where a bulk cargo vessel, the keel of which was laid on or after March 22, 1967 is constructed with side tunnels, the access to the side tunnels shall be from within a deckhouse or companionway on the upper deck and not through the watertight bulkhead at the forward end of the after machinery space nor through the watertight bulkhead at the forward end of the No. 1 cargo hold.
82 (1) Si un navire de charge en vrac dont la quille a été posée le 22 mars 1967 ou après cette date a des tunnels latéraux, l’accès à ces tunnels se fera de l’intérieur d’un rouf ou d’une échelle de descente du pont supérieur et non pas à travers une cloison étanche à l’extrémité avant de la tranche des machines arrière ou à travers la cloison étanche à l’extrémité avant de la cale à marchandises n 1.
