G. whereas Portuguese citizens have been held hostage for several months now by the self-styled FLEC/FAC, a separatist group operating in the Angolan province of Cabinda, and whereas this act, which is not without its precedents, is obviously jeopardising the safety, the health and the very lives of those Portuguese citizens and generating enormous anxiety for their relatives, especially since the FLEC is insisting on totally unacceptable demands arising from that organisation's unsustainable objectives,
G. considérant que des citoyens portugais sont toujours gardés en otages, depuis plusieurs mois, par le groupe séparatiste autoproclamé FLEC/FAC, qui opère dans la province angolaise de Cabinda, et que cette situation, qui n'a rien d'inédit, met naturellement en cause la sécurité, la santé et même la vie de ces citoyens portugais et suscite l'inquiétude de leurs familles, d'autant qu'en l'occurrence ce FLEC s'accroche à des propositions parfaitement inacceptables, en rapport avec les objectifs insoutenables qui sont les siens,
