– (DE) Mr President, Mr President-in-Office of the Council, Commissioner, the conclusion of the Association Agreement is, without doubt, a good thing for both sides – for the European Union and for Bosnia and Herzegovina – but only under certain conditions; namely if it is ratified quickly and, most importantly, if the implementation of reforms – especially of the administration in Bosnia and Herzegovina and of the political decision-making processes – takes hold quickly.
– (DE) Monsieur le Président, Monsieur le Président en exercice du Conseil, Monsieur le Commissaire, il ne fait aucun doute que la conclusion de cet accord d’association est positive pour les deux parties, pour l’Union européenne comme pour la Bosnie-et-Herzégovine, mais uniquement à certaines conditions. Il faut pour cela qu’il soit ratifié rapidement, mais il faut surtout une mise en œuvre rapide des réformes, notamment des réformes de l’administration en Bosnie-et-Herzégovine et du processus décisionnel politique.

‘National of Bosnia and Herzegovina’ shall mean any person who holds the nationality of Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with its national legislation;
