Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. These include self-report data, analysis of blood and other body fluids, characteristic physical and psychological symptoms, clinical signs and behaviour, and other evidence such as a drug being in the patient's possession or reports from informed third parties. Definition: A form of tic disorder in which there are, or have been, multiple motor tics and one or more vocal tics, although these need not have occurred concurrently. The disorder usually worsens during adolescence and tends to persist into adult life. The vocal tics are often multiple with explosive repetitive vocalizations, throat-clearing, and grunting, and there may be the use of obscene words or phrases. Sometimes there is associated gestural echopraxia which may also be of an obscene nature (copropraxia).

(19) In order to respond efficiently to unintentional transboundary movements of GMOs that are likely to have a significant adverse effect on the conservation and sustainable use of biological diversity, taking into account risks to human health, a Member State should, as soon as it becomes aware of an event under its jurisdiction resulting in a release that may lead to an unintentional transboundary movement of a GMO that is likely to have such effects, take the appropriate measures to inform the public and inform without delay the Commission, all other Member States, affected or potentially affected States, the Biosafety Clearing-House (BCH) and, where appropriate, relevant international organisations.
(19) Afin de réagir efficacement aux mouvements transfrontières non intentionnels d'OGM susceptibles d'avoir des effets défavorables importants sur la conservation et l'utilisation durable de la diversité biologique, et compte tenu également des risques pour la santé humaine, tout État membre, dès qu'il a connaissance d'un événement qui relève de sa compétence et qui a pour résultat une dissémination pouvant entraîner un mouvement transfrontière non intentionnel d'un OGM susceptible d'avoir de tels effets, devrait prendre les mesures appropriées pour informer le public, et informer rapidement la Commission et tous les autres États membres, les États effectivement touchés ou susceptibles de l'être, le Centre d'échange pour la prévention des risques biotechnologiques (CEPRB) et, le cas échéant, les organisations internationales compétentes.
