Calls on the HR/VP Catherine Ashton to firmly condemn the obstruction of China and Russia of the proposed UN resolution; urges the HR/VP to engage in immediate consultations at the highest level with the Russian and Chinese leadership in order to encourage their full support for upholding international human rights standards and future UN initiatives to the ongoing Syrian crisis;
