C. INFORMAL PARIS SUMMIT At the informal summit held in Paris on 18 November particular reference was made to the situation in Poland and Hungary after the President of the Council, Mr Roland Dumas, and the President of the Commission, Mr Jacques Delors, had visited the capitals of those two countries from 16 to 18 November.
