Mr. Lysyshyn, you told us earlier that the technological progress made by Pakistan and India to explode bombs has absolutely nothing to do with the technology Canada first gave then sold to India and Pakistan between 1956 and 1964. Of course, Canada is thereby denying any moral responsibility for these nuclear tests.
