Trains equipped with the ETCS running on lines equipped with national command control and signalling systems shall enjoy a temporary reduction of the infrastructure charge in accordance with Annex VIII, point 5. The infrastructure manager shall be able to ensure that such a reduction does not result in a loss of revenue.
