Mr. Maurice Godin (Châteauguay, BQ): Madam Speaker, following the introduction by the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs of a bill denying the fundamental rights of Quebecers, in the days to come, the public will see everywhere a picture of a parking meter with the slogan “Yes, time is up” above it. A theatre tour is being organized for college students and seven mobilization meetings are planned for women.

Maurice Godin (Châteauguay, BQ): Madame la Présidente, à la suite du dépôt par le ministre des Affaires intergouvernementales d'un projet de loi niant les droits fondamentaux des Québécois, dans les prochains jours, le grand public verra apparaître un peu partout la photo d'un parcomètre surmonté du slogan: «Oui, le temps est écoulé», tandis que les cégépiens auront droit à une tournée théâtrale et les femmes à sept rencontres de mobilisation.
