His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture, pursuant to section 2Footnote of the Agricultural Products Marketing Act, is pleased hereby to repeal the Saskatchewan Milk Order, C.R.C., c. 278, and to make the annexed Order granting authority to The Milk Control Board of Saskatchewan to regulate the marketing in interprovincial and export trade of milk produced in Saskatchewan, in substitution therefor.

In addition to failing to supervise and control the actions of the Boards as required by Community Law it is alleged by the Commission that the United Kingdom Government has in practice failed to prevent the Milk Marketing Boards from restricting the possibilites allowed by Community law for milk producers to legally process their milk and market the milk products made from it, including skimmed and semi-skimmed milk and cream, outside the exclusive rights of the Boards.
