Because of the effects described above, the Commission is currently considering whether or not to grant an exemption in respect of the collective fixing by certain conferences of freight rates in a common tariff for the multi-modal transport services they offer, a practice which is clearly covered by Article 85(1).
Vu les effets décrits ci-dessus, la Commission procède actuellement à l'examen de l'opportunité d'accorder ou non des exemptions à la fixation collective par certaines conférences des taux de fret dans un tarif commun pour les services de transport multimodal qu'elles offrent, pratique qui tombe clairement dans le champ d'application de l'Article 85, paragraphe 1.
