Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. 3. Application of Netherlands legislation on general insurance for widows and orphans (a) For the purposes of the provisions of Article 46 (2) of the Regulation, periods before 1 October 1959 during which the employed or self-employed person resided in the territory of the Netherlands after the age of 15 years or during which, whilst residing in the territory of another Member State, he pursued an activity as an employed person in the Netherlands for an employer established in that country shall also be considered as periods of insurance completed under Netherlands legislation relating to general insurance for widows and orphans.
