Member States shall take the necessary measures to ensure that whenever a national official participates in a joint investigation team set up in order to investigate terrorist offences involving any of the listed persons, groups or entities, that national official shall provide the team with all information relating to any of the listed persons, groups or entities or to offences that such persons are deemed to have committed or are about to commit, available in that Member State, in accordance with Framework Decision 2002/465/JHA.
