Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. These include self-report data, analysis of blood and other body fluids, characteristic physical and psychological symptoms, clinical signs and behaviour, and other evidence such as a drug being in the patient's possession or reports from informed third parties. Many drug users take more than one type of psychoactive substance. The main diagnosis should be classified, whenever possible, according to the substance or class of substances that has caused or contributed most to the presenting clinical syndrome. La voici: En ce qui concerne le projet de loi C-32, Loi modifiant la Loi sur le droit d'auteur: a) quel a été le processus d’élaboration de ce projet de loi; b) est-ce que le gouvernement a demandé des études spécifiques pour ce projet de loi et, si oui, (i) sur quels sujets ces études portaient, (ii) quelles ont été les conclusions de ces études, (iii) quelles ont été les recommandations de ces études, (iv) quelle a été la méthodologie de ces études, (v) à quelle date ces études furent demandées, (vi) à quelle date ces études furent déposées, (vii) est-ce que ces études contiennent des analyses quantitatives (sont-elles chiffrées), (viii) quelles sont les données quantitatives et dans quel contexte; c) est-ce que le gouvernement a demandé une étude sur l’impact économique du projet de loi sur les revenus des créateurs et, si oui, (i) quelles ont été les pistes suggérées lors de cette étude, (ii) quelles sont les données recueillies lors de cette étude, (iii) quelles sont les conclusions de cette étude, (iv) est-ce que les ministres du Patrimoine canadien et d’Industrie Canada avaient connaissance de cette étude avant qu’elle soit entamée, (v) à quelle date est-ce que cette étude a été demandée, (vi) à quelle date est-ce que cette étude a été déposée, (vii) qui ou quel ministère a demandé cette étude, (viii) qui ou quel ministère a mené l’étude, (ix) quelles directives ont été émises quant à la réalisation de cette étude, (x) à qui ou à quel ministère cette étude a été déposée, (xi) est-ce que le ministre de Patrimoine canadien a pris connaissance de cette étude après son dépôt, (xii) est-ce que le ministre d’Industrie Canada a pris connaissance de cette étude après son dépôt, (xiii) est-ce qu’un ministre, ou un employé d’un ministre, a été impliqué dans l’étude ou a interagi avec les chercheurs à un moment quelconque lors de l’étude, (xiv) quelle est la méthodologie de cette étude, (xv) est-ce que le ou les auteurs de cette étude ont fait part des limites ou des ...

CONSIDERING THAT The Euro-Mediterranean Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Tunisia, of the other part, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement’ was signed in Brussels on 17 July 1995, entered into force on 1 March 1998 and was amended notably by the Protocol to the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement establishing an association between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Tunisia, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Czech Republic, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Cyprus, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Malta, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Slovenia and the Slovak Republic to the European Union (1) and by Decision No 1/2006 of the EU-Tunisia Association Council of 28 July 2006 amending Protocol 4 to the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement concerning the definition of the concept of originating products and methods of administrative cooperation (2);
CONSIDÉRANT que l'accord euro-méditerranéen établissant une association entre la Communauté européenne et ses États membres, d'une part, et la République tunisienne, d'autre part, ci-après dénommé «accord euro-méditerranéen», a été signé à Bruxelles le 17 juillet 1995, est entré en vigueur le 1er mars 1998 et a été notamment modifié par le protocole à l'accord euro-méditerranéen établissant une association entre la Communauté européenne et ses États membres, d'une part, et la République tunisienne, d'autre part,pour tenir compte de l'adhésion à l'Union européenne de la République tchèque, de la République d'Estonie, de la République de Chypre, de la République de Lettonie, de la République de Lituanie, de la République de Hongrie, de la République de Malte, de la République de Pologne, de la République de Slovénie et de la République slovaque (1) et par la décision no 1/2006 du Conseil d'association UE-Tunisie du 28 juillet 2006 modifiant le protocole no 4 à l'accord euro-méditerranéen, relatif à la définition de la notion de produits originaires et aux méthodes de coopération administrative (2);

(t) 'specimen` shall mean any animal or plant, whether alive or dead, of the species listed in Annexes A to D, any part or derivative thereof, whether or not contained in other goods, as well as any other goods which appear from an accompanying document, the packaging or a mark or label, or from any other circumstances, to be or to contain parts or derivatives of animals or plants of those species, unless such parts or derivatives are specifically exempted from the provisions of this Regulation or from the provisions relating to the Annex in which the species concerned is listed by means of an indication to that effect in the Annexes concerned.
t) «spécimen»: tout animal ou toute plante, vivant ou mort appartenant aux espèces inscrites aux annexes A à D, ou toute partie ou tout produit obtenu à partir de ceux-ci, incorporé ou non dans d'autres marchandises, ainsi que toute autre marchandise dans le cas où il ressort d'un document justificatif, de l'emballage ou d'une marque ou étiquette ou de tout autre élément qu'il s'agit de parties ou de produits d'animaux ou de plantes de ces espèces, sauf si ces parties ou produits sont spécifiquement exemptés de l'application des dispositions du présent règlement ou des dispositions relatives à l'annexe à laquelle l'espèce concernée est inscrite par une indication dans ce sens contenue dans les annexes concernées.
