According to Article 1(1)(m) of that Regulation, research and development and the exploitation of the results are carried out jointly where the work involved is carried out by a joint team, organisation or undertakings, jointly entrusted to a third party or allocated between the parties by way of specialisation in research, development, production and distribution, including licensing.
Conformément à l’article 1er, paragraphe 1, point m), de ce règlement, la recherche et le développement ainsi que l’exploitation des résultats sont effectués en commun lorsque les tâches y afférentes sont exécutées par une équipe, une organisation ou une entreprise commune, confiées en commun à un tiers ou réparties entre les parties en fonction d’une spécialisation dans la recherche, le développement, la production et la distribution, y compris la concession de licences.
