Once it appears that there is a risk of cost over-runs over and above the financing available under the financing agreement, the ►M10 relevant Authorising Officer ◄ shall notify the Commission and request its prior approval on the measures which the ►M10 relevant Authorising Officer ◄ intends to take in order to cover such cost over-runs, either by reducing the scale of the programme or project or by calling on national or other non-Community resources.

Dès que se manifeste un risque de dépassement du financement disponible au titre de la convention de financement, ►M10 l'ordonnateur pertinent ◄ en informe la Commission et lui demande son accord préalable sur les mesures qu'il compte prendre pour couvrir ce dépassement, soit en réduisant l'ampleur du programme ou projet, soit en recourant à des ressources nationales ou à d'autres ressources non communautaires.
