The UN/ECE Convention on access to information, public participation in decision making and access to justice in environmental matters (Aarhus Convention) aims at granting the public rights and imposes on Parties and public authorities obligations regarding access to information and public participation and access to justice regarding environmental matters.
La convention CEE/ONU sur l'accès à l'information, la participation du public au processus décisionnel et l'accès à la justice en matière d'environnement («convention d'Aarhus») a pour objet d'accorder au public des droits et d'imposer aux parties et aux autorités publiques des obligations concernant l'accès à l'information, la participation du public et l'accès à la justice en matière d'environnement.
