Ms. Michelle Falardeau-Ramsay: We're not selling our services for a fee basis, but we respond to requests that are made by Foreign Affairs and by CIDA, because we're the only organization nationally that has a certain type of expertise, and I think we have a duty when we're asked by those people to go and help.
