I wanted to piggyback because although I didn't agree with everything that NAC said in terms of the bill, I think they raised a valid concern, in the sense that they feel, rightly or wrongly, that there is a certain amount of systemic discrimination in the judicial system against women, and that once identification is no longer an issue, the onus will be on consent in the judicial system.
