TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

As regards the letter sent by the Commission concerning the Polish legislation on establishment and operation of retail facilities the Honourable Member is referring to, its aim is to raise the Polish authorities attention to the problems of compatibility of this new legislation with the freedom of establishment, a fundamental freedom enshrined in Article 43 of the EC Treaty and with Directive 2006/123/CE on Services in the Internal Market .
En ce qui concerne la lettre envoyée par la Commission concernant la législation polonaise relative à l'établissement et à l‘exploitation de commerces de détail, à lquelle l’honorable député fait référence, l’objectif de celle-ci est d’attirer l’attention des autorité polonaises sur les problèmes de compatibilité de cette nouvelle législation avec la liberté d’établissement, une liberté fondamentale garantie par l’article 43 du traité CE et par la directive 2006/123/CE relative aux services dans le marché intérieur .

First: a review, which I am undertaking, of the conformity of Polish national legislation, and not just Polish legislation, because the fact that Mr Gargani has brought up the case of Poland does not mean that there are not comparable situations in other Member States.
Premièrement, un examen, auquel je procède, de la conformité de la législation nationale polonaise, et pas uniquement de la législation polonaise, car si M. Gargani a soulevé le cas de la Pologne, cela ne signifie pas que des situations comparables n’existent pas dans d’autres États membres.

The general principle is that the Polish legal order must act to amend this difference in treatment and that, I believe, is a matter for the Polish legislator.

La Belgique applique la dérogation aux produits fournis à l'occasion d'une prestation de service ou lors de ventes publiques. La législation polonaise prévoit que le prix des biens peut être compris dans le prix d’un service, ce qui signifie qu'il n'y a aucune obligation d'indiquer séparément le prix de vente et le prix à l'unité de mesure pour les biens fournis à l'occasion d'une prestation de service.

Non seulement l'Union européenne accepte l'interdiction de l'interruption volontaire de grossesse, restreignant la liberté des femmes, mais elle interdit par avance à la législation communautaire d'amender la législation polonaise en la matière, abandonnant les femmes polonaises sous la coupe d'une Église particulièrement réactionnaire !
