TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

This Regulation lays down, for the implementation of the CEF for the period 2014 to 2020, a financial envelope of EUR 33 242 259 000 in current prices which is to constitute the prime reference amount, within the meaning of point 17 of the Interinstitutional Agreement between the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission of 2 December 2013 on budgetary discipline, on cooperation in budgetary matters and on sound financial management for the European Parliament and the Council during the annual budgetary procedure.
Le présent règlement établit, aux fins de la mise en œuvre du MIE pour la période 2014-2020, une enveloppe financière de 33 242 259 000 EUR en prix courants qui constitue le montant de référence privilégiée, au sens du point 17 de l'accord interinstitutionnel entre le Parlement européen, le Conseil et la Commission du 2 décembre 2013 sur la discipline budgétaire, la coopération en matière budgétaire et la bonne gestion financière pour le Parlement européen et le Conseil au cours de la procédure budgétaire annuelle.

This Regulation lays down a financial envelope of EUR 3 456,655 million in current prices, which amounts to 0,318 % of the total amount of commitment appropriations referred to in Council Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1311/2013 , for the entire duration of the LIFE Programme which is to constitute the prime reference amount, within the meaning of Point 17 of the Interinstitutional Agreement of 2 December 2013 between the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission on budgetary discipline, cooperation in budgetary matters and on sound financial management , for the European Parliament and the Council during the annual budgetary procedure.

Should the two arms of the budgetary authority fail to agree on a new financial framework, and unless the existing financial framework is expressly terminated by one of the institutions, the ceilings for the last year covered by the existing financial framework will be adjusted in accordance with Point 16 so that the 2013 ceilings are maintained in constant prices.
À défaut de la conclusion, par les deux branches de l'autorité budgétaire, d'un accord sur un nouveau cadre financier, et sauf dénonciation expresse du cadre financier existant par l'une des institutions, les plafonds pour la dernière année couverte par le cadre financier existant seront ajustés, conformément au point 16, de façon à ce que les plafonds pour 2013 soient maintenus à prix constants.
