If a film or television program has already been funded through Telefilm Canada or the Canadian Television Fund, both of which have their own regulations ensuring that content is suitable for broadcast, does that not mean the project has received approval from an organization that represents Canadian public policy and that has the mandate, qualifications and context to review content?
