On 1 March 2018, the Commission received notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 by which DK Telekommunikation ApS, a consortium vehicle (the consortium consisting of MIRACo, PFA Holding, PKA Holding and ATP Holding), acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation the undertaking TDC A/S (‘TDC’, Denmark) by way of a public bid.

(3) Where a hearing is to be held as provided by subsection (1) or (2) and the applicant for a licence or pilotage certificate or the holder of the licence or pilotage certificate, as the case may be, requests a public hearing or the Authority is satisfied that it would be in the public interest to hold a public hearing, the Authority shall hold a public hearing and hear all persons having an interest in the matter who wish to be heard in connection therewith.

Where a beneficiary is unable to continue to comply with commitments given because the holding or part of the holding is re-parcelled or is the subject of public land consolidation measures or land consolidation measures approved by the competent public authorities, Member States shall take the measures necessary to allow the commitments to be adapted to the new situation of the holding.

In order to improve animal management at holding level and in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 854/2004, the official veterinarian should record and, if necessary, communicate, to the food business operator of the holding of provenance and to any veterinarian attending the holding of provenance or any competent authority involved, any disease or condition observed at the slaughterhouse in respect of individual animals or the herd/flock and which may affect public or animal health or endanger animal welfare.
