Mr. Speaker, the second petition is from a number residents in my riding and surrounding ridings who are calling on the government to reverse its decision to close the Newfoundland and Labrador marine rescue coordinating centre in St. John's and reinstate its staff and services.
Monsieur le Président, la deuxième pétition que je présente vient d'un certain nombre d'habitants de ma circonscription et des circonscriptions environnantes, qui demandent au gouvernement de revenir sur sa décision de fermer le Centre de coordination des opérations de sauvetage maritime de St. John's, à Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, et de rétablir les employés dans leurs fonctions ainsi que les services.
