To clarify what you have said, if your committee is planning on any travel outside of the National Capital Region, you would come back to the subcommittee on budgets and they would present their report to Internal Economy as a whole, which, in turn, would report to the Senate as a whole, that you would present a more focused objective for the mandate for your committee.
