Technically, in order to facilitate a smooth implementation, the budgetary authority also signalled its agreement to slightly modify the budget nomenclature in order that a certain category of internal transfers can in future be carried out by the President of the European Parliament, in strict function of the number of assistants that will, at any given time, fall under the new provisions.
