To that end, statistical data should be collected in such a way so as to ensure the visibility of developments in individual Member States, such as regarding unemployment,, the amount of and changes to social transfer payments, the number and quality of jobs, labour mobility within the Member States, within the Union and between the Union and third countries, and the related socio-geographical changes in pay structure and training measures.
Pour ce faire, les données statistiques doivent être collectées de façon à rendre visibles les évolutions dans les divers États membres, par exemple en ce qui concerne le chômage, le volume et l'évolution des transferts sociaux, le nombre et la qualité des emplois, la mobilité de la main-d'œuvre au sein des États membres, au sein de l'Union européenne et entre celle-ci et les pays tiers, ainsi que les changements socio-géographiques induits au niveau de la grille des salaires ou des mesures de formation continue.
