Mr Marin hoped that Haiti could rebuild its economy by making good use of domestic and foreign resources, and by paying particular attention to the priority requirements of the Haitian population, particularly as regards education, health, nutrition and the restoration of the environment.

MARIN a exprimé le souhait que Haïti puisse rebâtir son économie en fonction d'une allocution et utilisation saine des ressources internes et externes, et en tenant compte tout particulièrement des besoins prioritaires de la population haïtienne, notamment en matière d'éducation, d'hygiène, de nutrition et de restauration de l'environnement.
