Peut-on croire que Paul Volcker, que le représentant japonais de la Financial Services Agency du Japon — qui s'exprimait dans un excellent français —, que le président de Standard & Poor's, Deven Sharma, que le chef des opérations de la Bourse de Bombay, que le président de la Fédération Internationale des Comptables et que le président de l'Autorité des marchés financiers de France, donc que tous ces gens viendraient siéger dans une « barouette »?
